It’s March Madness.  Yes, we’re a little mad that beautiful spring weather signifies the end of our local ski season is near.  But hey, we’re skiers so there’s always a reason to celebrate.

Just in time for your spring break ski trip, Shep’s is celebrating March Madness with 50% off complete ski packages (alpine and cross country), and 40% off complete snowboard packages.  Naturally, it’s limited to in-store purchases and our in-stock merchandise (not special orders), and ends March 31, 2016.

 

Policies, policies…. We hate to disappoint, but it’s only fair:

 

Returns

• SHEPHERD & SCHALLER SPORTING GOODS
• We don’t issue refunds or store credit for items that were not purchased from Shepherd and Schaller Sporting Goods or shepssports.com.
• Returns and Exchanges must be requested before 60 days from purchase.
• We don’t issue refunds or exchanges for items that have been used, worn or altered, or are missing manufacturer’s tags and our receipt.
• We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange of items damaged by smoke or soil, even if unused, unworn, unaltered, regardless or time frame or any discount. 
• Clearance items discounted 30-50% and meeting the above criteria will be exchanged for a Shepherd & Schaller Gift Card, not a refund.
• Items discounted 51% or more are not eligible for refund or  exchange. 
• A full refund to the original payment method will be processed when the merchandise is returned within 30 days and meets all the above criteria.
• Special Order items will incur a restocking fee of 20%, whether we stock the item or not.
• Gifts are subject to the same policies.
• We attach the purchaser’s name to each sale to establish a record to ease the return process. 
• Manager approval is required in advance for exchanges of ski, snowboard and bike equipment. We reserve the right to refuse these exchange requests.

• Return Authorization is required. It will be provided in-store by a manager.
• It must be requested, in advance, for items purchased on our eCom site, shepssports.com whether for refund of exchange. Request must be made in writing to outdoorexpert@shepssports.com
• The same criteria must be met as for items purchased in our Wausau store.
